I saw a dentist who looked at my x-rays and simply stated I would need to come back to have further work done. Small explanation of what was required however she didn't even look inside my mouth. Could have done that over the phone LOL

The dental hygienist lady is rough and doesn’t care about your pain or how she talks to you about your teeth. The dentist is wonderful he is quick and patient. The place is great and efficient but they do not answer the phone. You have to call hundreds of times before anyone will answer and the last hour of the day they won’t answer at all. I understand short staffing but you’re an office that handles emergencies. It’s extremely unprofessional not to mention frustrating as a patient. This needs to be handled by management asap.

Community Dental just sucks. Very unprofessional staff. I left several messages for them and they don't even have the decency to return calls. When I go for a cleaning they rush through. I'm lucky if they spend 5 minutes doing my cleaning. The front office staff are a despicable lot!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I don't write reviews like this but the public needs to know how terrible Community Dental is. They don't even try and make you feel welcome. If I could give 0 stars I would.
